The operating manual I wish I had when I started running agents
Been building agent systems for a while now and this playbook filled in gaps I didn't even know I had. The multi-agent coordination patterns are solid — particularly the stuff around task decomposition and how to structure agent handoffs without losing context. What separates this from generic "AI tips" content is that it actually deals with failure modes: what happens when an agent gets stuck, how to detect runaway loops, when to escalate vs retry. Immediately applicable.
