Gets you to inbox zero without losing important threads
The triage classification system is well-designed: action required, waiting on reply, FYI, archive. The key insight is processing email in batches rather than reacting to each one, which cuts context switching significantly. The snooze-to-future-date pattern for things that need follow-up is handled cleanly. Docked a star because the Gmail-specific implementation has some edge cases with nested labels that can create duplicates. But the overall workflow is sound and runs well as an automated task.
