Very basic for what the description promises.
The skill.md you get is super basic, about 120 lines. Very high level description on how to go about SEO. Was expecting a lot more details on execution. Probably good as a starter but definitely not a lot of techniques that you couldn't get out of simply prompting codex or opus for.
